North Central Railway, Railway Recruitment Cell, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh has released the Apprentice Admit Card 2021 on its official website. Candidates who have applied for Apprenticeship in North Central Railway Railway can download their admit card through candidate login on official website ncr.indianrailways.gov.in/ .

North Central Railway had invited online applications for 1664 Apprentice posts on August 2, 2021. Application registration for 10th class pass candidates with ITI certificate closed on 1st September, 2021.
Selection Process
The selection of eligible applicants for imparting training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 will be on the basis of a merit list prepared by taking the average of the percentage of marks obtained by the applicants in both the Matriculation and ITI examinations, giving equal weightage to both.
For those trades where the minimum educational criteria is ITI with 8th pass, the merit list will be prepared by taking the average of marks obtained in 8th and ITI numbers.
Merit List
Shortlisted candidates are now called for document/certificate verification to the extent of 1.5 times the notified vacancies. In case of two applicants having same number, preference will be given to the applicants with older age.
If the dates of birth are also same, the applicants who have passed the Matriculation examination first will be considered. There will be no written test or interview.
The final merit list will be prepared unit wise, trade wise and community wise equal to the number of slots in descending order of percentage of marks obtained by the candidate.
Trade wise / community wise merit list will be released by NCR for their notified slots. Final selection of applicants will be subject to verification of original certificates and medical fitness certificates.
